Your box ships overnight to the Lower 48 in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging. Orders of $250 or more ship free. Below that, shipping starts at $39.99 west of the Mississippi and $89.99 east of it, priced by weight and shown at checkout.
How does membership work?
Primal 500 is an Auto Ship membership. Pick a box (Single $129, Couple $199, Family $269 per shipment) and a rhythm from every two weeks to every eight. Your first box opens one of the 500 founding seats, and you can skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account.
Can I customize my meat selections?
Yes. You choose the cuts in your box, and Coach Chris, our AI concierge, helps tailor recommendations to your preferences.
Where do you source your beef from?
From US regenerative ranches we know by name, like White Oak Pastures. Grass-fed and grass-finished, never feedlots.
